The contributions of many organizations have made the work of the Hunter College Liberty Partnership Program possible, and have brought the "CYBER-HCLPP" into existence. HCLPP exists through the support of the New York State Education Department whose Bureau of College, School and Community Collaboration administers the state-wide Liberty Partnerships Program.

In addition to the invaluable financial support from NYSED, a number of other organizations help make Liberty's work possible. Without the financial and human resources supplied by Hunter College, the Rafael Cordero Bilingual School, and the East Harlem Council for Community Improvement, HCLPP could not exist.
