Dr. Seegmiller is a Developmental Psychologist who is a professor at Hunter College.
She received her BA in Psychology from Stetson University, and
her Ph.D. in Experimental Developmental Psychology
from New York University.
 
 In 1998, she was the recipient of the Presidential Award for Excellence in Full-time Teaching at Hunter College of The City University of New York
