PERMIT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
1.  Courses taken on permit MAY NOT be applied toward the Psychology Major.

2.  Neither PSYCH 100 nor any other Psychology course that will be used to fulfill major requirements can be taken on permit by students who are already enrolled in Hunter.

3.  To take a course on permit you must have completed all prerequisites for the course required by Hunter.

4.  Half of your Major and half of your Minor credits must be taken at Hunter.  Courses taken on permit are considered to be transferred courses.
 

5.  Permits WILL NOT be issued for courses lasting less than six weeks, such as 2 - 4 week winter session or summer courses.
 
 

PROCEDURES
1.  Get a permit form from the Registrar's Office and fill it out.

2.  Bring the following to the Advising Office when Dr. Seegmiller is in (See posted hours)

            1)  the beginning and ending dates of the session
            2)  the course name, course number, section, and the days
                 and times of the specific course you wish to take.
