Urban Visualization Lab

The Urban Visualization Lab is a state-of-the-art teaching lab that began operation in Fall 2007. It is designed to serve the needs of students in the department and from affiliated programs. The lab has nineteen personal computers (Dell Precision 670 workstations) and an instructor podium equipped with a computer, VCR and DVD player, all connected to a ceiling mounted LCD projector. Software available includes: the Adobe Creative Suite family of products, ArcGIS, Maya, SPSS, and several other free-to-use and proprietary software programs. The lab is made available to students and authorized users on a 24/7 basis.
