Clicking on the "Usage/access" button on the Manager Functions (Admin. Functions) screen brings up the "Usage Statistics" screen. On this screen are reported the number of departments using ERes, the number of course pages which have been created, and the total number of documents in the ERes system.

From this screen, three other summaries can be generated: the number of documents entered for each course in the system, the number of access "hits" each course page has received, and the number of hits on specific documents. This last summary relies on a list of documents maintained by the ERes Manager; this list could include documents of special interest or documents on which a fee per use is levied. ERes features which enable this list to be created and maintained are available through the "Document hits" button on the "Usage Statistics" screen.
