The "Delete Entry" screen displays a set of "radio buttons" which allow the user to either allow ERes to delete the file(s)associated with an entry when the entry is deleted, or to leave the files on the ERes server for later use. A second option on this screen allows entries which have been placed inside a folder to either be deleted when the folder is deleted, or retained (but no longer inside a folder). Note: Files which have been left on the server after the associated entry has been deleted are a potential administrative problem, since they take up storage space while not in active use within ERes. For this reason, care should be exercised when using the "Retain file(s)" option on the "Delete Entry" screen.
