Documents and link entries can be organized on an ERes course page using folders.

An entry which has not be placed in a folder is always displayed when a course page is displayed. An entry which has been placed in a folder is displayed only when the folder is "opened." For example,the documents part of a course page with folders might look like this:

A closed folder (folder)

Folders can be added to and removed from a course page using the add entry and delete entry features on the "Course Page Functions" screen. Documents can moved into and out of folders, or between one folder and another, using the modify entry option on that screen. In addition, the use has the option to delete all documents in a folder in a single operation, by deleting the folder itself.
