Frederick S. Szalay - Paleontological Fieldwork in Bolivia

International Paleontological Expedition to the Salla beds of Bolivia, nestled within the high Andes, with Fred Szalay [l.] and CUNY graduate students, and colleagues from Jersey City College and the University of Tucuman, Argentina. The species sought after in these Oligocene age beds were endemic South American ungulates, primates and marsupials.
